Terms & Conditions for kkdk

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and kkdk (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the kkdk website located at kkdk.app and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, crash games, live dealer games, and payment transactions (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing kkdk.app, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

kkdk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication at kkdk.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version (if any) and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with kkdk's Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kkdk with respect to the subject matter hereof. It supersedes all prior communications, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

Access to and use of the kkdk Services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and applies regardless of the minimum gambling age in your country of residence.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law, and you have independently verified the legal status of online gambling in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of kkdk, its affiliates, or its software or payment partners.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by kkdk or any other gambling platform or authority.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from kkdk for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Age Verification

kkdk takes its age verification obligations seriously. At the time of registration, you will be required to confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. kkdk reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to request documentary proof of age including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Your account may be suspended and access to your balance withheld pending satisfactory verification.

If kkdk determines, at any point, that a registered account belongs to a person under 18 years of age, that account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method. All winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Jurisdiction Responsibility

kkdk operates as an offshore platform and does not restrict access based on geography. It is entirely the player's responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in their country, state, or territory. kkdk expressly disclaims any liability arising from a player's use of the Services in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

To access the full range of kkdk Services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and your preferred payment method details. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on kkdk. Accounts are not transferable. If kkdk discovers that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — kkdk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its discretion, to void all transactions and forfeit any balances held therein. The player's primary account, if identifiable, may be retained at kkdk's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kkdk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

kkdk strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify kkdk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC — Know Your Customer Verification

kkdk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within the last 90 days), and proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, kkdk reserves the right to suspend the account and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kkdk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. kkdk does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified third-party accounts.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kkdk is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although kkdk reserves the right to impose deposit limits at its discretion for compliance or risk management purposes. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your account. kkdk does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method, or to a method registered in a name other than your verified account name, will not be processed.

kkdk targets a withdrawal processing time of under 18 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during KYC review, or where a withdrawal has been flagged for manual review. Bank and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account.

4.4 Refused Transactions

kkdk reserves the right to refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder; (b) the transaction appears inconsistent with the player's established deposit or wagering pattern; (c) the account is under review for suspected fraud or money laundering; or (d) the player's account has been suspended or closed.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on kkdk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Amounts displayed in your account balance, bet history, and withdrawal screen are shown in BDT. kkdk does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.6 Inactive Account Fees

An account that has been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. kkdk reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero. You will receive email notification before any dormancy fee is applied.

kkdk offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

To be eligible for a bonus, you must have a fully registered and verified kkdk account in good standing. Some bonuses are restricted to first-time deposits; others are available only to existing players who meet specified activity thresholds. kkdk reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on kkdk are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager an amount equal to 30 times the bonus value). Unless stated otherwise, only wagers placed on eligible games count towards satisfying a wagering requirement. Bets placed on certain games (e.g., some live dealer games, low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has an expiry date or time window during which wagering requirements must be met. If the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. Expiry dates are clearly stated on each promotion page.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

kkdk monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay; and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, kkdk reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom and, in serious cases, to close the player's account.

5.5 kkdk's Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

kkdk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the bonus, the player's existing entitlement under the claimed bonus will not be affected, provided the claim was made in good faith and in compliance with the applicable terms.

By using kkdk, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. The following obligations and restrictions apply to all registered players.

6.1 Player Obligations

• You must keep your account registration details accurate and up to date. Any change to your name, address, email, or payment method must be communicated to kkdk support promptly.
• You must use the Services solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes. Commercial use — including operating a betting syndicate through your account — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or receive payments through your account.
• You accept that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that kkdk bears no responsibility for losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• You must comply with all responsible gaming guidelines published by kkdk, including setting appropriate limits on your gambling activity.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkdk:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical glitches in the platform. Any such discoveries must be reported immediately to support.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker variants, or sports betting arbitrage schemes.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the kkdk platform, its software, or its game content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkdk staff, agents, or other users through any communication channel.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

kkdk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. In such cases, kkdk may void all bets, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balance held in the account. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence, kkdk may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

kkdk offers a diverse portfolio of games and betting markets including cricket and sports betting, live casino games, slots, and crash games such as Go Rush and Let's Shoot. All games are governed by the rules set out by the respective game providers and by kkdk's general betting rules as described in this section.

7.1 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All casino games on kkdk that involve an element of chance — including slots, table games, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by our game providers. Results are independently audited for fairness. kkdk does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round.

7.2 Sports and Cricket Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other events, are governed by the specific market rules published on the relevant betting page. In general:

• Bets are accepted up until the start of the relevant event or market close, whichever is earlier.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at kkdk's discretion and may be suspended at any time without notice.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable void and settlement rules for that market.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. The displayed odds at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds at which that bet will be settled.
• kkdk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was affected by a pricing error, data feed failure, or manifest error in the odds.

7.3 Crash Games

Go Rush, Let's Shoot, and other crash-format games on kkdk operate on a multiplier that rises from 1x and crashes at a point determined by the RNG. Players must cash out before the crash occurs. Failure to cash out before the crash results in a loss of the wagered amount. Each round is independent; past crash points have no bearing on future outcomes.

7.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studio environments operated by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and others) are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, kkdk will settle the bet based on the game state recorded on the provider's server at the time of disconnection.

7.5 Manifest Errors

kkdk reserves the right to void and refund any bet or game round that was affected by a manifest error — defined as an obvious and unintentional mistake in odds, game parameters, or payout tables. A manifest error may include incorrect odds caused by a data provider fault, a software glitch that produced an incorrect game outcome, or a promotional offer published in error. kkdk will communicate any manifest error void decisions to affected players via email.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your kkdk account at any time by contacting our support team at support@kkdk.app. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to restrict your access to kkdk for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to support@kkdk.app with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation. 8.3 kkdk-Initiated Suspension

kkdk reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) the account holder's identity cannot be verified; (d) the account is subject to a legal order, investigation, or regulatory inquiry; or (e) the account presents an unacceptable financial or reputational risk to kkdk.

During a suspension, access to the account balance may be withheld. kkdk will notify the account holder by email where it is safe and appropriate to do so. Any funds confirmed to belong to the player and not subject to forfeiture will be returned after the investigation is concluded.

8.4 kkdk-Initiated Permanent Closure

kkdk may permanently close an account for serious violations of these Terms & Conditions, including confirmed bonus abuse, fraud, money laundering, underage play, or providing materially false information. In cases of permanent closure due to player misconduct, kkdk may forfeit the entire account balance. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may appeal by contacting support within 30 days of receiving the closure notification.

8.5 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or kkdk-initiated — your right to access the Services terminates immediately. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall remain in full force and effect after closure.
